Hennessy & Harman Management was founded by former actor and now talent agent Jennifer Hennessy and PR Consultant Barbara Harman. After working seven years as an actor and four assisting a Melbourne talent agency, Jennifer brings with her a fresh approach and unique understanding of the actor-agent relationship, along with many established relationships with Casting agents, Production Houses and Directors both here and abroad.

Barbara Harman has over 25 years of experience in marketing, business development, event management and media communications, most notably ten years working directly with Rupert Murdoch. She not only brings with her an incredible wealth of experience, but an exciting vision for the agency’s future.
